Observation

A child's ICP states Benadryl but the child had Genexa available instead. This medication states "do not give to a child age 2-6 years." The intended child is between this age range. Doctor permission was not available for this medication with dosage amount reflected for the particular child. Before licensor left, the parent had provided appropriate medication to match the ICP.
